Opening Safely during Covid-19

We’re delighted that from Thursday 21st May we will be reopening our showroom for service, parts  and sales department for distance selling.

Things are going to be a little bit different from normal for all of us so we would like to share with you the procedures that we will be following to keep you and our staff safe during this Coronavirus pandemic. All visits must be pre-booked, please call us or email us to book your appointment.

We will ask if you would like to drop your  vehicle and come back once the work has been completed [this will require you to make your own collection arrangements], courtesy cars are available and will be cleansed thoroughly each time they are used or if you would like to wait in our designated customer waiting area.

Please stick to your appointment time, or let us know if you are running late. This way we can ensure that social distancing guidelines can be adhered to on our site.

Social distancing guidelines will be enforced on the premises. We will be operating a one-way system through the showroom, please enter at the main door and leave through the side door.

We have hand sanitiser dispensers on the entrance and the exit to the building, please use these upon your arrival to the showroom and your departure.

Our staff will be sanitising all surfaces after each customer, and at the service desk, you will be asked to leave your keys, whilst they are sanitised. Please remove all other keys to allow us to disinfect the vehicle key thoroughly. Also remove any other personal items from the vehicle too, all items must be removed from the boot, seat pockets and door pockets in order for our technicians to work on your vehicle safely.

Each vehicle that passes through the workshop will have all touchpoints sanitised at the start and end of the of the process and all of our team members will be wearing the appropriate PPE for both their safety and for yours.

You’ll notice our protective screens at both the sales and the service desks – these are for the safety of our staff and you, our customers.

Paperwork – we will not require your signature on documents at this time.

Distance selling – we will be offering vehicles for sale using distance selling. If there is a car you are interested in, we will be more than happy to send personalised walk around videos of the vehicle, additional photographs of the vehicles should you require. Payments and finance payments will be done remotely, and we will deliver the vehicle to your home address. For more details on this – please give us a call or drop us an email!
