Position: Service Advisor
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Hours: 40 hours per week with a half-day Saturday on rotation
Salary: CUp to £30,000 plus a company pension scheme

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with all customers in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Technical Advisory: Provide expert advice on technical queries/issues.
- Service Coordination: Book vehicles into the department for service and keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress.
- Sales Support: Sell repairs, parts, and finalise invoices efficiently.
- Warranty Management: Handle warranty claims meticulously.
What We’re Looking For:
- Service Advisor Experience (1+ Years)
- Motivated Individual: Proactive approach to customer service.
- Customer Relations Expertise: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with a polished presentation.
- IT Proficiency: Must be IT literate, and familiarity with Keyloop is a plus.
