Longest Golf Day Challenge

Stephen Walton is thrilled to be taking part in the Longest Golf Day challenge, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Trust. He is part of a team with Lindsay Gray, owner of Natterjack Marketing, and her friend Rebecca. Their goal is to raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity, in memory of our much-loved employee Stephen Wallace, who sadly passed away from cancer.

The Longest Golf Day challenge is no easy feat. We will be playing golf from dawn until dusk, with the aim of completing as many holes as possible in one day. It's going to be a tough challenge, but we are determined to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan Cancer Trust.

We chose to support Macmillan because they do such incredible work, providing vital support to people affected by cancer. Their services include nursing care, practical advice, emotional support, and much more. They are there for people every step of the way, from diagnosis through to treatment and beyond. We want to do our bit to help them continue their fantastic work.

We are asking people to sponsor us, and any donation, no matter how big or small, will make a real difference. All the money raised will go directly to Macmillan Cancer Trust, and will be used to support people affected by cancer. It's an incredibly worthy cause, and we hope that people will be generous in their support.

Stephen Wallace, or Wally as he was known to us, was an integral part of our team. He was always full of energy and enthusiasm and had a real passion for his job. We know he would have been thrilled to see us taking part in this challenge, raising money for such an important cause. This is our way of honouring his memory and making sure that his legacy lives on.
So please, if you can spare a few pounds, head to our sponsorship page and make a donation. https://longestdaygolf.macmillan.org.uk/Team/waltonwonders It really will make a difference in the lives of people affected by cancer, and we would be incredibly grateful for your support. Together, we can help Macmillan Cancer Trust continue its vital work, and make a real difference in people's lives.
